Strawberry Lucuma Shake - Serves 2
1 lb. Fresh Organic Strawberries
3 Tbls. Raw Organic Lucuma Powder
2 Tb;s. Mesquite Powder
2 Tbls. Coconut Oil
1 Tsp. Non-GMO Lethicin
¼ Tsp. Raw Vanilla Seeds(optional)
1 Pinch Natural Sea Salt
First wash and cut the strawberries and place in the blender. Next add the powders and oil. Blend all the ingredients on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth and pink. This tastes like a delicious strawberry shake with a South American twist! Add in Maca Powder or Maca Premium for a real boost!
Radical Ramon Milk - Serves 2
2 Cups Fresh Coconut Water
2-4 oz of Hemp Seeds or Almonds
3 Tbls. Raw or Roasted Ramon Meal
2 Tbls. Mesquite Meal
1 Tsp. Non-GMO Lethicin
¼ Tsp. Raw Vanilla Seeds(optional)
1 Pinch Natural Sea Salt
If using almonds, soak for 4-8 hours to activate enzymes and hydrate them. Blend the almonds or hemp seeds with the coconut water and the Ramon Meal for 60 seconds on high. Next take a nut milk bag or cheese cloth and strain out the fiber by pouring the milk through it. This will look like a creamy milk latte. Add the milk back into the blender with the mesquite meal, lethicin, vanilla and salt and blend once more. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
Brazil Nut Chocolate Milk - Serves 2
2 Cups Fresh Coconut Water
4 oz. Raw Brazil Nuts
3 Tbls. Raw Cacao Nibs
2 Tbls. Mesquite Meal
1 Tbls. Maca Powder or Maca Premium
1 Tsp. Non-GMO Lethicin
1 Pinch Natural Sea Salt
Begin by blending the Raw Brazil Nuts with the coconut water. Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag and save the pulp for another recipe. Next take the strained milk and blend it with the Cacao Nibs, Mesquite Meal, Maca, Lethicin, and Salt. The longer you blend this, the darker and more chocolate looking it gets. Guaranteed to give you great energy for many hours!
